Band 2 Salary range £49,534 - £52,042

Gloucester Cathedral is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Operations to join the dedicated team working at this iconic heritage site and place of inspiration, faith and community.

We are looking for a well organised, commercially minded leader with excellent people management skills to head up the operational and enterprise teams and drive the operational management of the Cathedral building, facilities and non-liturgical events activity, to ensure that everyone who visits Gloucester Cathedral enjoys an outstanding experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and relationship-driven person who will develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the city, diocese and beyond.
