Join us to shape creative, collaborative ministry in the Diocese of Gloucester.
Full Time position (35 hours per week)
Band 4: (£34,947 - £41,726) per annum and subject to experience
The Diocese of Gloucester is looking for a practical team member to join the Department of Mission and Ministry who brings a creative and flexible approach as we seek to develop and implement innovative approaches to collaborative ministry across the Diocese.
The post holder will support the Collaborative Ministry team as we seek to deliver a range of training and development plans that will enable ordained and lay ministries of all kinds to flourish from the first sense of calling through initial learning and ongoing support at every stage.
This post will suit someone who can work across a range of projects, working with others to ensure timely and successful outcomes, holding the vision and the detail in balance. This is a new kind of role and brings an opportunity to shape things going forward. Experience in helping people recognise and grow their skills and vocation through the delivery of training and with an ability to identify next steps will be important. The post is open to lay or ordained applicants, who have an active Christian faith.
