Salary: Band 2 (£49, 534 - £52,052) per annum
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of growth. The Head of Commercial will lead the Cathedral’s commercial operations, drive sustainable income growth while ensuring that all commercial activity is in line with the Cathedral's strategic priorities and core purpose as a place of worship.
We’re looking for a high performing team player with great communication skills, adaptability and an innovative approach to achieving ambitious commercial targets. As a member of the Cathedral Leadership Team (CLT) you will help to deliver the Cathedral’s operational plan and will be responsible for ensuring that our welcome values are lived out daily through the way that we engage with supporters and partners.
You’ll be working closely with teams across the Cathedral – including the Dean and Chapter, Head of Visitor Experience, Head of Fabric and Property, the CFO, Marketing & Communications, Operations and the Development Office so the ability to form positive relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, is crucial.
