General Election Hustings

Monday 24 June, 7.30pm

Gloucester Cathedral will host a hustings for the upcoming General Election on Monday 24 June at 7.30pm.

Those who would like to submit a question should gather at the Cathedral by 6.45pm.

All parties and independent candidates standing in the Gloucester constituency have been invited to participate. The hustings will be co-chaired by the Very Reverend Andrew Zihni, Dean of Gloucester and Reverend Canon Nikki Arthy, the City Rector. The community is invited to come and share in this opportunity to help decide the future of the constituency of Gloucester.

Attendance is open to all.

Questions will be read out by the Chairs during the debate.

Seating will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.

    We are sorry that due to limited space, parking in the Cathedral Close is restricted to pass holders only.

    There are eight disabled parking spaces which are for use by Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis.

    However, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.

  • Arriving by Public Transport

    The Cathedral is located in Gloucester Town Centre, so the best way to get here is by public transport.

    We are a 10-15 minute walk from both the train and bus stations. You can also use Gloucester’s Park and Ride.
