Band 6: (£25,687 - £30,161) per annum pro rata and subject to experience
The Diocese of Gloucester is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join its funerals team, based in the heart of Gloucester.
The Administrator will work as part of our friendly team on an exciting new project introducing our innovative administrative processes to Hereford Diocese and Worcester Diocese. The successful applicant will work to serve communities and churches, co-ordinating the arrangements of Anglican-led funeral services. This position works closely with funeral directors, clergy and parishes to ensure that all the funerals are carried out with care and compassion.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills together with an ability to work sensitively and efficiently with funeral directors and local churches. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
