Easter Wreath Making

Tuesday 19 March, 10.30am and 1pm

Join our tutor in the magnificent surroundings of the Medieval Chapter House and learn how to make your own Easter wreath.  You will learn how to use a mix of fresh foliage and sundry supplies to create a show stopping wreath to take home. A hot drink and a treat is included in the ticket price.

This workshop will take place in the Chapter House at Gloucester Cathedral and is wheelchair accessible. Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop is due to start. The welcome desk team at the Cathedral will show you to the Chapter House.

There are eight disabled parking spaces which are for use by Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis.

However, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.

This workshop is being delivered in partnership with Adult Education. This course is free to you if you are over 19 years old, have lived in the UK/EU for 3 or more years, or have a valid Residence Permit, and are one of the following: Unemployed or earning below £20,319 per year; Qualified below a Level 2 (less than 5 GCSEs); Have a mental health diagnosis, learning difficulty or disability. If you qualify please contact Lesley directly by email to book your free space: Lesley.Andrew@gloucestershire.gov.uk

  • Arriving by Public Transport

    The Cathedral is located in Gloucester Town Centre, so the best way to get here is by public transport.

    We are a 10-15 minute walk from both the train and bus stations. You can also use Gloucester’s Park and Ride.
