Runaway Reindeer Trail

Saturday 2 December - Sunday 7 January

Runaway Reindeer will be dashing all across Gloucester this Christmas as part of a magical, free art trail in the city centre, organised by Gloucester BID.

Twelve colourful, six-foot tall reindeer statues, all individually customised by brilliant local artists, will be hidden in various locations around the city, including here at the Cathedral! Our reindeer was created by the talented Amy, a local Graphic Designer who can be found on Instagram at @amyissketchy

Each reindeer has a letter displayed on it - find all 12 to unscramble the letters and spell two secret words, and you'll be in with a chance of winning £100 Gloucester Gift Cards and other great prizes.

Further information about the Runaway Reindeers, including a downloadable trail map, is available at www.runawayreindeers.co.uk

Printed trail maps are also available from a range of city venues, including Gloucester Cathedral, Gloucester Guildhall, the Museum of Gloucester, GL1 (Bruton Way), the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester Quays, the Folk of Gloucester and the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum.

Available within usual Cathedral opening hours - please click here to find out more.
