Everyday mindfulness taster session

Wednesday 27 July

All are welcome to join Ian Bussell, Head of Ministerial Development at the Diocese of Gloucester, for this everyday mindfulness taster session.

People are using mindfulness, amongst other things, to develop self-awareness, to work with stress and anxiety, to become more content in life. This session will teach you a number of practices which you can try at home, with the aim of becoming more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations at any moment. It sounds simple, but they aren’t called ‘practices’ for nothing!

This session is free to attend but spaces are limited. To book your place, please click on the button to the right of this page.
