Hope, Peace, Joy and Love: Advent Course (Online)

Online: Tuesday evenings from 28 November

All are warmly invited to be part of this years’ Advent Course.  We will journey together through Advent, delving into the profound themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love amidst the challenges of our complex world.  Whether you are just starting to explore Christianity, or have been attending Church for many years, this course is for you, and you are very welcome to take part.

During our four weekly sessions we will use the Benedictine practice of Lectio Divina to meditate on the Gospel readings for each Sunday of Advent.  There will be space for prayer, conversation, and relating what we have learnt to daily life.  Together, in a supportive environment, we'll seek a deeper understanding of how Christian values provide solace, purpose, and guidance in the face of adversity. Let's come together to share, learn, and grow in faith during this special time of the year.
