Part of the Hidden Hardship and Life on the Breadline Exhibitions, this workshop, run by Dr Stephanie Denning, is for policymakers, community and Church leaders/members.
This interactive workshop will share the findings and policy/faith implications of the Hidden Hardship and Life on the Breadline research projects, plus time to view their illustrated exhibitions.
Life on the Breadline examines Church responses to poverty in the UK in the context of austerity.
Hidden Hardship gives an insight into people’s experiences of hardship in the rural North Cotswolds, coping strategies, and barriers to wellbeing.
The workshop will take place in the Chapter House on Friday 23 January, 11.30am – 1pm, followed by a light lunch
