NHS Information Bus

Friday 29 July and Friday 12 August, 10am-4pm

We're pleased to be hosting the NHS Information Bus this summer on Friday 29 July and Friday 12 August. The team on the bus would love to chat to you and find out about the things you do that help your mental health, whether that is mindfulness, or something else!

There will lots of information about mental health and wellbeing available, and the NHS' 'Let's Talk' service will also be on hand for a chat. Let's Talk offers help and support for people who are stressed, depressed or anxious, and anyone over 18 can refer themselves to the service. Find out more here.

Severn and Wye Recovery College - Mindfulness for Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing, 29 July

You can also join the Severn and Wye Recovery College in the grounds of Gloucester Cathedral on Friday 29 July at 1pm - 1.30pm. Come and find out about how their educational courses support people to learn more about positive mental wellbeing and recovery. The Recovery College will discuss how they teach mindfulness as one of their courses, and give you a small taster of some of the skills and techniques involved within this.
