Movement and Mindfulness Classes

Saturday 27 August, 10.30am, 12noon and 1.15pm

This month, Lucy Hagger of Journey Well Yoga will be running free movement and mindfulness classes in the Chapter House of Gloucester Cathedral. These classes will use yoga and Pilates-based techniques, with exercises that are designed to strength, stretch and mobilise the body. This will be an opportunity to take a moment to pause, relax and find a sense of peace, all within the spectacular surroundings of the Cathedral.

The classes will take place at the following times:

Family class, 10.30am-11.15am
Adult class, 12noon-12.45pm and 1.15pm-2pm

These classes are free to attend. Please note that children taking part in the family class need to be aged 7 or over and they must be accompanied by an adult, but adults don’t have to book a ticket.

Movement mats will be available, but if you have your own, please do bring this with you.
