Matthew Coleridge Requiem

A choir of 200 choral singers will perform Matthew Coleridge's sublime Requiem in the magnificent surroundings of Gloucester Cathedral.

Dubbed a "modern choral classic" by Classic FM, Requiem was one of the highest placed choral works in this year's Classic FM Hall of Fame. Composer Matthew Coleridge will be conducting this concert, with Gloucester Cathedral's Assistant Director of Music Jonathan Hope at the organ.

Joining them will be cellist Maxim Calver, a finalist in 2018's BBC Young Musician, and soprano Amy Carson (The Sixteen, Monteverdi Choir etc). 

Unreserved seating: £15

Proceeds will go towards Gloucester Cathedral's In Tune campaign.
