Introduction to Crochet: 3 week course

Thursday 12, 19, 26 September, 5.30pm - 7.30pm

Join us in the magnificent medieval surroundings of Gloucester Cathedrals Learning Hub for a glass of prosecco and an introduction to Crochet.

The course will cover:
- A selection of stitches
- How to make a square
- How to follow a pattern

All participants will receive:
- A glass of prosecco at the beginning of each class
- Free tea and coffee
- A crochet hook and yarn to use during the sessions and to keep after so you can practise your skills.

Ticket holders have access to the whole course and are encouraged to come to all sessions. These run 5.30pm - 7.30pm on Thursday 12, 19 and 26 September.

These skills will set you in good stead to attend further sessions such as our Autumnal social crochet.

  • Parking

    We are sorry that due to limited space, parking in the Cathedral Close is restricted to pass holders only.

    There are eight disabled parking spaces which are for use by Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis.

    However, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.

  • Arriving by Public Transport

    The Cathedral is located in Gloucester Town Centre, so the best way to get here is by public transport.

    We are a 10-15 minute walk from both the train and bus stations. You can also use Gloucester’s Park and Ride.
