Collaborative Ministry Lead: Foundations

Band 3 - £39,559 - £46,289

The post holder will lead on the development and implementation of an innovative and collaborative approach to all ministries, lay and ordained, in the training, formation and foundational stages. This will include shaping and delivering a Curate and Training incumbent programme [IME2] and supporting Licensed Lay Ministers, including Readers.

 

This post will suit someone with a passion for theological education and formation, who is able to work towards a change of culture and with a vision for the future of ministry. You will be a prayerful, theological thinker, able to work across a variety of contexts with a wide range of people and have experience in the ministerial development of adults. The role will also model collaborative working in the department and contribute to wider thinking around ministry for the Diocese as we live out the Life vision.
