Friends of Gloucester Cathedral: Museum of the Moon and talk celebrating 50 years since the Moon landing 7.00pm start (talk) followed by drinks To coincide with the installation of Museum of the Moon the Friends of Gloucester Cathedral will be hosting an exclusive evening viewing with a special lecture to celebrate fifty years since the Apollo Moon Landing. Dr Peter Cadogan, lunar scientist and author of The Moon - Our Sister Planet,developing computer software for counting craters in images returned from the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter satellite. The talk will not be too technical!
