Junior Choir

Cathedral Junior ChoirThe future of Cathedral music

Gloucester Cathedral Junior Choir was formed in 2011 with the aim of giving girls and boys the opportunity to be part of the musical worship of the Cathedral. The choir is a lively group of singers which learns an exciting range of music. They perform at every second Sunday Eucharist of each month, at termly concerts and at major events throughout the Church year. The choir is also regularly invited to sing at events further afield in the Diocese and County.

Open to children aged 6-13, the emphasis is on making singing a fun and rewarding experience, and on providing its members with a stimulating musical education.
